Here's what you need to know about getting your new gnome companion to its forever home!

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00 as a thank you!

Packaging

Every gnome travels in a secure standard cardboard box. Inside, your new friend will be lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and include a little card detailing their unique story. It's all part of the special adoption experience!

Timelines

Processing

We handcraft each gnome with care, so our processing times can vary throughout the year. Generally, we need 3 to 5 days to make, pack, and ship your adoptive gnome. We always do our best to get them ready for their journey as quickly as possible!

Tracking

All gnomes travel with tracking numbers, so you can follow their journey. Once they've departed, any flight delays are out of our hands, but please know we'll do our best to help track your order if it hasn't arrived on time.

Shipping Within North America

For gnomes traveling within Canada and the United States, you can typically expect delivery within 3 to 9 business days. International shipments might take a bit longer to arrive.
